The role
Our high-performing and collaborative Customer Experience (CX) team is the heartbeat behind ensuring we provide a friendly, efficient and effective customer service to all of our clients. Playing a crucial role as a Customer Success Consultant, you will be the first port of call to handle technical questions and provide expert support to enable our clients to better connect with their customers.
Based at our Eagle Farm site, our CX team operates Monday to Friday between 8 am to 6 pm on a roster basis with on call support.
Skills & Experience:
- A passion for technology and customer service
- Customer Service experience via different mediums (phone, email, online, etc.)
- Previous experience with data aggregation, file transfers and word press
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Exemplary written and oral communication skills
Desirable but not essential:

Automotive dealership registration clerical experience
- Previous experience within a Tech Support/SME role
- Working knowledge of DAIS/Rego Experience
- Website CMS administration – application of WordPress preferable
