About the role
Join our busy National Salvage team, to support the Sales Executives to increase their sales and meet their targets. You will provide administrative and organisational support to our BuyMySalvage team with key responsibilities including arranging sales contracts, vehicle collection and general stock management. In addition you will work closely with the sales, operations, and auction teams to ensure a productive and efficient operation. Great customer service is very important for this role.
You will be a natural problem solver with a strong work ethic and high focus on attention to detail.
Other responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Accurate and timely processing of all documentation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
- Work with team members to ensure streamlined processes across the organisation
- Liaise with customers and external parties to maintain accurate information
About you
- Previous Administration or similar experience is preferred
- Exposure to working in the automotive industry is highly regarded but not essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Great customer service
- Strong teamwork skills
- Advanced MS Office skills desirable
